1 c. mixed berries
1/2 c. coconut
4 dates
5 or so almonds
1 tbsp honey
Enough almond milk to properly mix a smoothie
Blend together and serve; makes 2 large smoothies
Dates are a great natural sweetener for smoothies and are rich in vitamins and minerals! Bonus!
